Anyone know a good blood red dye. For Necromancers armor and an electric blue combo for luxon armor.

lol, Fezz did you completely miss my chart for the Sunspear stuff on the page (or two) previous? I've done all but the silver combos already I'll test the key combos on release but I doubt that it is going to dye differently to the beta test, and if it does I'll redo.
Age: your post makes little sense. Did you mix the dyes before applying it? Once you mix them you apply them like normal dye. And to mix them you apply them (to each other) like normal dye. So take the blue, double click, click once on the silver. Take the dye mix double click, click once on armour (or drag and drop I think works too).

Haha, seems I missed that post, I will go back and add it.
NinjaKai, I can't remember the exact mix, but a few pages back there was a really good Blood Red mix for Necro Armors. I want to say it was Red+Blue+Green+Purple, but I'm not certain that was it.

do you think you can do a dyed bag chart because i dont think they have a base coular and i would love to see what a dyes base coular is but i dont trust vial coular (white dye looks like yellowy silver).

Yes, that was it. (If you want to save some money you can also swap out the red for a dye remover.) Just plain blue turns out pretty bright on a lot of necromancer armors, though I'm not sure what you mean by "electric blue".

The base color of a bag is the same as its default color. I think it's identical to how it looks when dyed red.

Would neon blue be more specific?

What an excellent thread! I've read/skimmed every post and haven't found what I was searching for. That would be a chart for Frost Artifacts. I don't need an entire chart, really, just a mix that would yield a neon-yellow-green color....something Halloween-ish.
I've seen one before, but asking the player for the recipe didn't work.
According to guildwiki, Frost Artifacts don't take to dye traditionally, and this is what I've found to be true. I have experimented a bit, but had to give up eventually due to cost.
Any help would be appreciated

Amethest, are you sure the player concerned didn't have Flint's artifact? From memory it's kind of a bright green-yellow colour.

I'm trying to find a nice (bright and colorful) dye combination for my ranger's 1.5k Kurzick. Anyone have an idea? I think silver is too boring, though it looks nice. Still, it needs to fit with the odd dark green on the rest of the armor. I've tried pure green and I almost didn't see a difference from undyed.. Is it possible to get a bright color on it or will the leather make all colors dull?

Nope. The glowing affect is caused by the item itself, not the Dye(s) used on it.

Medium to Dark Blue?
I've looked through the threads and didn't see anything about this but I may have missed it as well.
The regular blue dye on my ranger's 1.5K druid armor is a rather light blue. I'd like to try and dye it a darker blue. Maybe a medium to dark blue. I've looked on the various dye charts and haven't really seen anything. I've also asked in the game and the answer I get seems to be that a black and a blue would produce a medium to darker blue. Can anyone confirm this for me. Thanks and great job on the charts.

As Lozza mentioned, it's probably Flint's Artifact. You might be able to get it though, most "dyed" greens are the same as a non-green with a single dye applied. Try green, yellow, or possibly even blue and see if any of those get it.

Unfortunately for both of you, ranger colors are usually very light and faded. Green+blue (teal) is rather bright, and green+purple (dark maroon) is very dark, but most other colors are very pale, especially on the red end of the spectrum. Bright colors like you would find on necromancer or elementalist armor are pretty much impossible.
The two of you may want to try mixing black, if you can afford it. Dodger, Blue+Black should give a medium-dark blue, as you said, though I wish you luck finding someone with 10k willing to confirm it Stylva, green+black might give a dark green that matches the undyable part of the armor, though I can't guarantee it.

Yes Scutilla, what you said about the light color of most ranger armor is very true. Any time I've dyed a piece of ranger armor it was in fact lighter then what I had anticipated or expected. I have the means to try a black and blue dye and have no problem doing so. I was just trying to get more input on the matter to see if what I thought was felt the same by others. Thanks for your input.
UPDATE: Tried mixing a black and blue dye and it looked like what I wanted in it's bottle but when applied to the ranger druid armor it was only slightly darker then just the blue dye by itself. I imagine if I had mixed two or three blacks with the one blue it could have possibly been darker but that's a little expensive to be experimenting with. Maybe sometime down the road I'll give it a try.

Double click one dye, then click on the other (like you would armour) that gives you a vial of mixed dye. You then apply the mixed dye vial to armour.
IMHO best colour for monk tatts is brown. 3 dye mix, black + orange + black.
To get the 3 dye mix, double click black, click on orange. Double click the black, click on the mixed dye vial. Double click on final product (3 mix vial) and click to apply to armour.
